An Ecstatic Dance Experience

Join us for a night of immersive movement and sonic exploration as we dance through the portal together. Featuring deep, transportive bass sets by Mfinity and Nyrus, with live 360° visuals from artist Visional to elevate the experience into another dimension.

Inspired and supported by artists such as CloZee and LSZee, Mfinity weaves velvety basslines and organic rhythms into lush soundscapes that pull you in and don’t let go.

Nyrus blends ancient drumbeats with deep bass textures to create a mythic, meditative sound—perfect for both introspection and ecstatic release on the dance floor.

Boulder Ecstatic Dance (B.E.D.) is a weekly, free-form dance meditation that typically takes place on Sunday nights in Boulder. This container invites us to tap into a more liberated and authentic expression of ourselves through embodied movement to an intentionally curated musical journey.

The evening opens with an optional Dance Lab by B.E.D. co-founder Danny Balgooyen, offering tools to cultivate self-awareness, spatial presence, and deeper connection with others—co-creating a more intentional, alive, and collective dance experience. Come as you are and dance as you feel—no experience required, only your presence.

This is a 18+ event.

THE VENUE

The PORTAL Dome is an intimate, 360° projection dome for music, film, conversation & consciousness during Psychedelic Science 2025 in Denver from June 14-22. The PORTAL Dome will be located less than half a mile from the Colorado Convention Center on the Holly Lot of the Auraria Campus (801 Curtis St).

How can I attend Bicycle Day?

Entry to the Bicycle Day event is exclusive to PORTAL members which allows us to offer a truly special experience that’s not available to the general public. To join us for this one-of-a-kind celebration, we invite you to become an annual member of PORTAL. Membership not only grants you access to Bicycle Day but also to a series of other unique events and benefits throughout the year.

PORTAL (aka Partnership of Responsible Trippers Advocating for Legalization) is an initiative to destigmatize the responsible use of psychedelics. PORTAL hosts regular events in Denver. You’ll also catch PORTAL at venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, along with other pop ups and digital campaigns with your favorite artists, festivals & more. Bicycle Day, observed every April 19th, commemorates the day in 1943 when Swiss chemist Dr. Albert Hofmann first intentionally experienced the psychedelic effects of LSD after ingesting it and riding his bicycle home from his lab. Celebrated globally, Bicycle Day honors the discovery’s impact on understanding consciousness and promotes ongoing research into psychedelics’ therapeutic potential. This year, PORTAL is throwing a Bicycle Day event like none other at Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station in Denver. Learn more about Bicycle Day in this video from our friends at DoubleBlind.

More than that, it’s an immersive experience. We’ve selected exceptional artists to perform, creating a dynamic environment that encourages guests to explore the entire Meow Wolf exhibit, rather than remaining at one stage or in a single room.
